Britney leads Star George

Britney Spears makes it four weeks at the top of the Singles Chart with 'Everytime', marginally ahead of 'You're A Star' competitor George Murphy whose debut 'The Moon Going Home' is the highest new entry at No2. Mario Winans drops one place to No3 with 'I Dont Wanna Know', Usher falls 2 places to No4 with 'Burn' and Damien Rice & Christy Moore slip from No4 to No5 with 'Lonely Soldier'.


After 15 weeks in the Top 20 since release in March, Usher's 'Confessions' finally makes it to the top of the Albums Chart, up from last week's No2. The Streets' 'A Grand Don't Come For Free' drops to No2, ahead of The Stone Roses' first album at No3 - resurgent as a result of prominence in this week's HMV sale. With three hit singles under their belts, The Scissor Sisters climb from No6 to No4 - their highest album chart position to-date .
