FIFA Can't Stop Scoring No1s

EA’s ‘FIFA 12’ (-54%) remains at No1 for a fourth consecutive week (6 in total) followed up 2 places to No2 by Ubisoft’s ‘Just Dance 3’ (-21%), a position it has achieved only once before, back in week 50 last year.


Bethesda’s ‘The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim’ also climbs 2 places up to No3 (-23%) whilst the FPS juggernauts move in the other direction. EA’s ‘Battlefield 3’ drops 2 places to No4 (-58%) and Activision Blizzard’s ‘Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3’ also drops 2 places to No5 (-38%). 505 Games’ Zumba titles are back to back with ‘Zumba Fitness’ stationary at No6 (-23%) and ‘Zumba Fitness 2’ up 5 places to No7 (-19%). Bethesda continue to have 2 games in the Top 10 with ‘Rage’ climbing 1 place to No8 (-40%). Ubisoft remain within the Top 10 with ‘Assassin’s Creed: Revelations’ up one place to No9 (-43%) and EA continue to have 3 games within the Top 10 with ‘Need For Speed: The Run’ down 3 places to No10 (-50%).

In terms of promotional activity Ubisoft’s ‘Your Shape: Fitness Evolved 2012’ for Kinect has been out since week 45, 2011 but debuts in the Top 40 this week, in at No12 (+173%). Nintendo’s ‘Wii Fit Plus’ did exactly the same last week by re-entering at No27 after an 11 week absence from the Top 40 – now climbing a further 7 places to No20 ( -19%).
