Shane's Right Here at No1

With another busy week for new releases in this week's Album Chart, Shane Filan's second studio album 'Right Here' debuts this week, winning him his first solo No1 - beating his 2013 album 'You and Me' which peaked at No3.

Lana Del Rey's 'Honeymoon' drops to No9 and Ed Sheeran's 'X' drops to No5 in light of five new entries into this week's Top 10; Dublin's  Keywest debut at No2 with their new album 'Joyland', followed by Disclosure's 'Caracal' and Chvrches' 'Every Open Eye' entering at No3 and No4 respectively. The final newcomer to this week's Top 10 at No6 is New Order with their tenth release 'Music Complete'. Other notable newcomers into this week's Album Chart include Girl Band's 'Holding Hands With Jamie' at No11, Don Henley's 'Cass County' entering at No14 and The Dead Weather's third studio album 'Dodge and Burn' in at No32.

With the Top 5 singles almost unchanged since last week, Justin Bieber retains the No1 spot with 'What Do You Mean?' whilst Calvin Harris & Disciples reach No2 with 'How Deep Is Your Love' - seeing Sigala's 'Easy Love' at No3 overtake The Weeknd's 'Can't Feel My Face' - now at No4. A far less busy week than last, the Singles Chart sees only one new entry into the Top 10 - Sam Smith's 007 ballad, 'Writing's On The Wall' entering at No9 - no rival for Adele and her 2012 Bond hit 'Skyfall', which entered the Singles Chart at No1.
