More Joy for Keywest

16/Oct/2015

With four new albums entering this week's Top 20 Album Chart, Keywest hold on to their first Irish No1 with their second studio album 'Joyland'.

Just missing out on the No2 spot to Ed Sheeran's 'X' is John Grant with his album 'Grey Tickles, Black Pressure' - debuting at No3, This gives him his highest entry position ever in these charts, Selena Gomez's 'Revival' enters at No9 - outselling The Game's 'The Documentary 2', in at No10. Also joining this week's Chart at No14 is Faithless' '2.0' - a revitalisation of their classic hits, marking a 20 year career milestone. Other notable newcomers include Hurts' third studio album 'Surrender' entering at No48 and St Germain's eponymous album missing out on the Top 50 - debuting at No59.

Following on from last week's Singles Chart with no new releases to be found in the Top 20, this week similarly lacks any newcomers, allowing Justin Bieber to retain his No1 spot with 'What Do You Mean?' whilst Macklemore & Ryan Lewis' 'Downtown' reaches No2, knocking Calvin Harris & Disciples' 'How Deep Is Your Love' down to No3. The No4 and No5 spots this week are held by The Weeknd's 'Can't Feel My Face' and Sigala's 'Easy Love' respectively. New entries to this week's Singles Chart include 'Love Me' by The 1975 at No40 and 5 Seconds Of Summer's 'Hey Everybody!' entering at No49.
