Walking On Cars has Everything Going Their Way...

Irish rockers Walking On Cars celebrate an incredible first week on the album charts - their first full-length album release 'Everything This Way' storming to No1 to displace last weeks' chart-topper.

Justin Bieber's 'Purpose' remains at No2 whilst Adele's '25' drops two places from last week's No1 to this week's No3. At No4 stands 'Blackstar' from the late and great David Bowie - followed at No5 by the latest album from Australian singer/songwriter Sia - 'This Is Acting' - achieving a higher spot in these charts than any previous albums - her last release '1000 Forms Of Fear' peaked at No6. Other new entries into this week's Album Chart include Rihanna's release 'ANTI' entering at No12 - her lowest Week 1 position since her debut album 'Music Of The Sun' back in 2005. Charlie Puth's debut album 'Nine Track Mind' enters the charts this week at No18. Bloc Party's 'Hymns' enters at No61 whilst this week's only other new album entry is Dream Theater's 'The Astonishing' at No87.

This week proves to be a winner for ex One Directioner Zayn who kicks off his solo career with a running start; not just being the only new entry into this week's Top 50, but achieving No1 in the process with his debut solo-release 'Pillowtalk'. Craig David's first release since 2010 'When The Bassline Drops' makes a climb from No84 to No61 whilst Coldplay's 'Hymns For The Weekend' finally enters the charts at No62.
