Going for Glory!

With her first studio album in three years, Britney Spears achieves her second No1 in these Album Charts with 'Glory', having only achieved No1 nearly 10 years ago with 'Blackout' in 2007.

Britney's comeback sees Lisa Hannigan drop one position to No2 from last week's top spot with 'At Swim' whilst Frank Ocean's No2 from last week 'Blonde' drops one place to No3 this week. At No15 we see Barbra Streisand's 35th studio album entitled 'Encore: Movie Partners Sing Broadway' which features plentiful harmonies with the singer's musician friends and fellow on-screen stars. At No20, English Indie rockers Glass Animals release their second full album 'How to Be a Human Being'. Last of the new entries into this week's Top50 albums is the eighth studio album from hip-hop legends De La Soul - 'and the Anonymous Nobody' which debuts this week at No34.

Sadly, this week's Singles Chart shows no new entries in the Top50. Chainsmokers feat. Halsey gain two places to finally reach Nol after five weeks on the chart with 'Closer'. Last week's No1 'Cold Water' from Major Lazer feat. Justin Bieber & MO slips down one place to No2 followed by last week's No2, 'Let Me Love You' by DJ Snake feat. Justin Bieber which sits at No3.
