Kings of Leon Regain their Crown


With new entries taking all top three spots, Kings of Leon grab their fifth No1 in these charts by a mile with their seventh studio album 'Walls'. Out of five No1 albums, this marks their fourth debut at No1.

Dublin electronic pop-rock outfit Bell X1 follow at No2 with their seventh studio album 'Arms' - followed by another homegrown artist, Mick Flannery with his latest release 'I Own You'. With Drake's 'Views' sitting at No4, another Irish artist Jack O'Rourke takes No5 with his first full length album 'Dreamcatcher' following its official launch. Other new Top50 entries this week include Two Door Cinema Club with their third album 'Gameshow' at No10, Keane frontman Tom Chaplin's debut solo project 'The Wave' standing at No26 after its first week. Former Bright Eye Conor Oberst takes No31 with his tenth solo release entitled 'Ruminations' and The Game who makes No33 with his new release '1992', beating 2010 X-Factor runner up Rebecca Ferguson who takes No37 with her fourth album 'Superwoman'.

As far as singles go, James Arthur holds onto the No1 spot with his recent single 'Say You Won't Let Go'. With zero change from last week's Top4, Weeknd feat. Daft Punk climb a place to No5 with 'Starboy'. Little Mix mark the only new Top50 entry this week with 'Shout Out To My Ex' at No6.
