Mixing It Up

After just missing out on the top slot last week to Metallica, Little Mix take their latest release 'Glory Days' to the top of the Album Chart this week.

This is their second time at the top of this Chart - the last time being a year ago when 'Get Weird' debuted at No1. Leonard Cohen also climbs a place as 'You Want It Darker' moves back up to No2. This week's highest new entry goes to Canada's The Weeknd whose third studio release 'Starboy' enters at No3 - not quite a match for his last release 2015's 'Beauty Behind The Madness' which debuted at No2. Kate Bush takes the next new entry at No6 with 'Before The Dawn' - the live release of her 2014 London shows. No stranger to this chart, Garth Brooks see his latest studio release 'Gunslinger' enter the Chart at No20 while Prince's latest greatest hits package - '4Ever' enters at No22. Andre Rieu takes the last new entry in this week's Top 30 with 'Falling In Love' coming in at No28.

There is no change at the Top in this week's Singles Chart as Clean Bandit holds on at No1 for a third week with 'Rockabye'. It is The Weeknd however who dominates this weeks chart as 'Starboy' climbs to No2 and sixteen further tracks from his new album appear in the Top 100. Gorey's Aoife Parle also achieves a new entry this week as her charity single for Temple Street Children's Hospital, 'Silver Lining's', enters at No39.
