Clean Bandit Take the Christmas Crown.

In a top four unchanged from last week it is Clean Bandit who hold on at the top to take the coveted Christmas No1 crown with 'Rockabye'

This is their sixth week at the top and typifies a year that has seen only thirteen different tracks make it to No1. This is the least amount of No1's in a year ever - even in 1994 when Bill Whelan had his record breaking 18 week stint at the top a larger number of tracks made it to the summit. Weeknd & Daft Punk hold onto No2 with 'Starboy' while Neiked is also a non-mover at No3 with 'Sexual'. Mariah Carey's 'All I Want For Christmas Is You' again proves to be the most enduring old Christmas title as she climbs to No5 just ahead of the Pogue's 'Fairytale Of New York' which climbs from last week's No12 to No6.

Leonard Cohen's 'You Want It Darker' also holds on at No1 this week on the Album Chart just ahead of Little Mix and Joe Dolan who are also both non-movers. Michael Buble's 'Nobody But Me' proves to be a popular Christmas choice climbing from No11 back into the Top 5 at No4 as does David Bowie's 'Legacy' which also makes a big leap this week back into the Top 10 at No9.
