EA double up at the top of the All Formats Chart for a second week as ‘FIFA 07’ and ‘Need for Speed: Carbon’ hold on to No1 and No2 respectively.

Activision’s ‘Call of Duty 3’ marches up the All Formats Chart from No7 to No3, achieving its best sales week since launch 4 weeks ago with a rise of 57% in sales. ‘Pro Evolution Soccer 6’ lags behind ‘FIFA 07’ in the chart, but manages to shimmy from No5 to No4 thanks to the launch of the PSP version (No3 on the PSP Full Price Chart). Microsoft’s ‘Gears of War’ is the only All Formats Top 10 game to lose sales, falling from No3 to No6 (sales down 16%). THQ maintains its grip on the lower end of the Top 10 with ‘WWE Smackdown Vs Raw 2007’ down from No6 to No8 and ‘Cars’ up one place from No10 to No9 (film out last week on DVD). ‘Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six: Vegas’ from Ubisoft has the honour of being the only new release to make the All Formats Top 40, debuting at No10. EA have a successful week with all 6 of their Top 40 games increasing in sales and ‘Tiger Woods PGA Tour 07’ up from No20 No14, ‘The Sims 2’ up from No24 to No22, while ‘Cricket 07’ enters the Top 40 at No33 for the first time since its release two weeks ago. Two other games released two weeks ago also enter the All Formats Top 40 for the first time: Midway’s ‘Happy Feet’ at No18, benefiting from the cinema release and ‘Who Wants To Be A Millionaire: Party Edition’ from Eidos at No25.
