Lady Gaga’s ‘Poker Face’ climbs back to No2 from No3, ahead of Julie-Anne Dineen’s ‘Do You Believe’ which slips to No3 after debuting at No1 last week. Beyoncé continues her sequence of solo hits with ‘Halo’ up from No15 to No8 - thirteen consecutive hits over seven years including three No1’s. For the past eight weeks Lady Gaga’s ‘The Fame’ has shuffled between No1 and No2 on the Album Chart – and this week she’s back on top. U2 drop to No2 after two weeks at No1, ahead of ‘The Annie Lennox Collection’, up from No5 to No3. Ronan Keating has this week’s highest new entry at No4 with his fifth solo studio album ‘Songs For My Mother’, his best opener since ‘Destination’ debuted at No3 in 2002. Other Mother’s Day successes include Bette Midler ‘The Best Bette’ up from No23 to No8, Take That ‘The Circus’ up from No20 to No12 and Tina Turner ‘The Platinum Collection’ up from No27 to No16.
