WWE Wrestlemania 21 gets ready to rumble at No3

Star Wars repeats its feat of 3 weeks ago by doubling up at the top of the All Formats Entertainment Software Top 40 with Lucasarts’ ‘Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith’ holding on to top spot for a 4th week and ‘Lego Star Wars’ from Eidos/Giant Interactive climbing 2 places from No4 to No2. THQ’s ‘WWE Wrestlemania 21’ (XB) enters the ring at No3, but overcomes another Xbox exclusive - ‘Forza Motorsport’ to debut at No1 in the Full Price Xbox Chart, knocking Microsoft’s Gran Turismo style racing game down from No1 to No3.

Revenge is sweet as Episode 3 enjoys 3 weeks at No1

Lucasarts and Ubisoft take a third week at No1 on the Entertainment Software All Prices Top 40 thanks to ‘Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith’ (PS2/XB/DS/GBA) – the film actually launched this week but sales of the videogame are down 27% over last week, although the GBA version bucks the trend by increasing 28%.

The Force Fends Off Forza

Lucasarts and Ubisoft take a second week at the top of the Entertainment Software All Prices Top 40 thanks to PS2/XB/DS/GBA ‘Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith’ (PS2/XB/DS/GBA) – sales climb 7% over the launch week, although the Xbox version actually loses 22% over last week.

Star Wars doubles up at the top of the chart

The Star Wars franchise rules the top of the All Formats Chart this week as the film tie-in ‘Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith’ (PS2/XB/DS/GBA) replaces ‘Lego Star Wars’ at No1, pushing the Eidos/Giant Interactive game down to No2. The Star Wars franchise represents 57% of sales from this week’s Top 10 All Formats games, with ‘Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith’ becoming the 4th fastest selling PS2 and 4th fastest selling Xbox game in 2005.

Eidos and Giant Interactive are this week's Jedi Masters

The force is strong in Eidos this week as their distribution of Giant Interactive's ‘Lego Star Wars’ (PS2/XB/PC/GBA) gives the British publisher their first All Formats No1 since ‘Hitman Contracts’ almost a year ago.
